D’orica is committed to renewable energy with the goal of reducing CO2 emissions according to the latest European Union directives. Since 2011 the company has a photovoltaic system for electricity production.

Quality of product / service and customer satisfaction

Thanks to a questionnaire submitted annually to customers and their staff, D’orica can monitor the degree of customer satisfaction regarding products and services. With these data it is possible to intervene in the right way, planning the actions required to improve product quality and services for the following year.

These were chosen according to UNI EN ISO 9001/2008 directives and in consideration of the elements characterising D’orica’s presence on the market. For each parameter, the average grade given by customers and the growth rate compared to the previous year’s assessment is shown.
